we ordered veg biryani food quality was poor and also so many persons without reservation came to our reservation compartment which was so irritating this was disturbing for other reservation passengers

reservation coaches are looking like general coaches any one can travel in the sleeper coaches with general ticket or without ticket

2nd AC berth not good. I used to travel in 3 Rd AC . This is too good compare to 2nd AC seat and bearth quality

Even though pantry Not in Train but the Maintenance of the coaches are Top Notch, i was Confused with some of the reviews,but after the travelling Experience hats off to the Railway and Especially Puri Chennai Train very clean and neat 😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👌🏽

very poor sanitation .I lavatory water is draining no maintenance veryyyyy poor staff behaviour is satisfactory
