There was no cleanliness at all in the train. The train was very dirty. There was no water in the bathroom and toilet. No one came to inquire after complaining.

Food quality is very poor and they don't provide any bill also even after demand. Cleanliness is below satisfactory. TTE not confirm my seat after many request that I have 2 child below 4 years and my ticket is RAC berth no 41 coach no A4 but he provided seat to others after getting money

Non AC 3Tier SL coach was dirty. Maybe the passengers made it so. The toilet was too dirty & there was a bad smell coming.

Very nice train and is very punctual.. I think it's better than rajdhani . it always runs at 120-130. it is a train which is given priority.

pantry car facility is worst like a super fast non stopage train. The pantry car service is far far better in Himgiri express (Howrah to Jammu). Very disappoint with irctc pantry car service in train no 22449.
