it's almost delayed 5 hrs still running very slowly at least for the long route it has to be on time because some of the people who are traveling for the very first time to puri don't have any idea about the location for stay and food etc very poor service

The cleanliness in the train was not good. There was a lot of garbage under the seat. If you kept your bag under the seat, the entire bag got spoiled. The toilet bathrooms were not clean. The seats were also not clean. The toilet doors were damaged. They should be changed.

very late running train.. when i traveled to puri, it was about 5 hrs late when reached puri... bad experience!

I traveled in this train and saw that as much as this train is beautiful from spring, it is equally bad from inside because there is no house keeping in it. People are sitting in dirty inside, this train connects with our religion Is. So Indian Railway and IRCTC team are requested to pay attention to this matter.
