Hello
The taste and quality of food ordered from Sagar restaurant in Ahmedabad recommended by IRCTC was very bad. Sorry food is purnabraham. But the quality of the food was poor, taking 2 hours to prepare this food for so much money. It is a humble request that please do not suggest the name of IRCTC Sagar Restaurant. When a paratha is ordered, a sandwich is served instead of a paratha. Chana masala is served instead of aloo jeera. How to eat sandwich with Aloo Jeera. should be guided.

my seat was uneven as it was side lower it caused back pain and train took double time in last 2 hours of journey which makes it 1.15 hours late

So worst experience no cleanliness, no proper food, street vendors were in dirty clothes, transgenders on coach, very dirtiest beggars in coach with wierd smell.

if train has cancled y the only amout 1700 has been refunded I need full money back when I m not travelling why should I pay taxes and online charges ...I need full money back

No pantry car. Overall good but local train I had travel from Rajkot to Junagadh is very dirty and toilet are uncleaned since many days. So railway and all other department of this govt are working only for rich people at the expense of poor people.

In the my compartment, there should put dustbin.
All the passenger through garbage out from running train. I couldn't stop them, because all are doing same, how can I stop them without other option.

Management not good... because other passenger not have sleeper class ticket but he harassment me for seating on my seat... I called helpline number but not give me good answer

All toilets must have western commodes, becoz it is easy to set on western types cammode then indian in moving train. indian cammode is dangerous in moving train, if anyone leg slips can cause big harm.

people from mumbai sit on reaerve coch with help of tc and police on reserve sit from mumbai to all d way to surat
made complain with tc but he was helpless as no sign of police during this time. make disturb to family and old age people
how come local ticket holder can travel on reserve seat.

it's like a 20 year old exp.... with same train...nothing is new....it's like how it was 20 yrs back and it's only the same except u all put a point for charging a mobile which is also very bad....even can't charge my phone...plz do need full...don't need the bullet train....please give efficient n needy things is in train n cleanliness...all the time rats n cockroaches running in the train...it's useless...
