MORE IMPORTANT FOR ALL PASSENGERS THAT IS REGARDING SHEET CONFIRMATION, IF GOVERNMENT TAKING CHARGE FOR A JOURNEY TICKET THEN WHY NOT GIVE THEM CONFIRM, ATLEAST GIVE SOME TICKETS FOR CONFIRMATION. ALL PASSAGE WAY AND CORRIDOR OF COACH ARE FULLY FILLED WITH PASSENGERS WHO PAY CHARGES FOR JOURNEY, GOVERNMENT SHOULD PROVIDE ONLY TICKETS THAT IS PROBABLY TO NE CONFIRMED.
I WILL GIVE ZERO STAR FIR THIS TRAIN.

In S-6 coach all unreserved people were gathered and blocked the space near. bathrooms and reserved berth with excess luggage. after. complaining on 139 RIF people came on Ankleshwar station and when told them to solve our problems inspite of telling them to clear the berth they told us that step on them and enter the bathroom. disgusting train and stupid railway staff.

The train has punctuality because the train has too much margin time .
Food is good .
you have to threaten the Pantry staff to follow the prices of IRCTC rate list.

train ka sab kuch thik hai magar train ka khana aur chai bilkul bhi thik nhi hota hai aur pani jo 15 rupiye ki.hoti hai usko 20 rupiye me bechte hai woh bhi bottle purani wali use karte hai kachde wal

Train is very good But is train ka ek station se dusre station ke beech ka timming bahut hai Mai is train se regular 2012 years se continue chal Raha hu ye train Bihar m enter karte hi slow ho jaati hai aur late bhi

Before going into washing line train attained did not complain that in one handwash the pump is missing and in one handwash the bottle was damaged

सफाई की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं एकदम गंदा बाथरूम पानी निकलता ही नहीं है कोई कर्मचारी मौजूद नहीं था गंदगी की हद हो गई पैसा कितना लगता है सफाई के नाम पर कर्मचारी कहां रहते हैं क्या करते हैं कुछ पता नहीं

Bakwas train..late by 8 hrs..so couldn't travel.decided to go thru Raptisagar.As per Rule,if any train is late by min.3 hrs,U can cancel d ticket n will get 100 percent Refund.In this case my eticket couldn't cancelled.plz advise how to get me refund.

B3 A/c coach facing problem of fire just before Agra station & no one engineer on duty with train. it is luck for IR i.e. A passenger belonging to tech.grade of IR.not working of cylinder to control fire .it shows system failure not human/personnel error
so be careful for arrangement of engineer with train as well as upgraded safety system

Worst journey in my life..There was no way to walk in the corridors as the waiting list people were sleeping in the passageway. Second thing was that the coach/bogie didn't had charging points which created problem for all.. Please replace the bogie with the new one....
