many passengers board reservation compartment either without ticket or general ticket and there is no one to check them

when train was starting Station TC at B5 coach his takeing the money from general tickets people his grant to seat 1 . that guys behavior is not good well behaviour suffering through out journey at arsonal junction. think about it IRCTC.
