Dear Confirmtkt Support Team
I am writing to bring to your attention a refund discrepancy regarding my ticket with PNR-6647574575 for Train No.18203 (Betwa Express) from Raipur to Chitrakoot on 26th January (Sunday).
At the time of booking, my ticket was in the waiting list and it remained unconfirmed until the journey date. As per railway refund policies, I expected a full refund of ₹1,235/-However, I have received only ₹970/- which is ₹265/- less than the actual amount.
I kindly request you to review this issue and process the remaining refund at the earliest. Please let me know if any additional information or documents are required to resolve this matter.

Ac toilet was not good and i have seen safety inside ac coches was nothing .Charger were not working.so need to much improve on cleanness .I want to.say if we pay higher charges for these coches so we should deserve that compartment and toilet should be clean and fresh
