seat is very much conjusted can't sit 3 persons comfortably... it is horrible to sit morethan 5hrs in that train.. and the food is very bad they take 15rs for coffeee and there is not much milk in that coffee.

I have booked my ticket lot of expectations and you give me confirmation by paying double amount from and at last minute my ticket cancelled and you give told to give 3x refund If my ticket will cancel and I don't even got the full amount I paid. Also happened similar experience 2 times from this very worst lost my money 2 times before

The train requires maintenance — it leaks when it rains, and traveling in it was a terrible experience.

The booking seats are more worst than general seats because seating arrangement is not good.And most prob is ,there is no charging point in coaches.It is very bad with zero facilities

worst train. not punctual. reached kayamkulam ontime, but reached Kozhikode 2:40 mintue late. horrible

some passengers were sitting at reserved seats taking U/R tickets. Some were standing. TTE was not much shown interest to send them to U/R compartments.

okay for me BCS of AC coach ...
the food was worst. the train is not in time (bcs of vande Bharath) but it came fast in last station.overall it was better journey in train

Train is mostly on right time. seats are ok... but some of the seat numbers printed near the seats are almost worn out and not clear at all. Please put a board or write with chalk at least the name RESERVED outside 2S coaches as lots of unreserved passengers entering and travelling 2S reserved coaches without knowing they are reserved, creating lots of problems to genuine seat reserved passengers.. pl take action to rectify this.
