I never understand why this train is always late. If this train is never gonna be punctual then why just change its schedule. Always late never reaches in time no value of time and money of common people. Pathetic train

I got a RAC seat which I don't like at all, it would be better if you cancel the ticket.What is the point if you face inconvenience even after paying so much money for 3AC?

too warst of train journey
time sence not for railways dispatch team, boarding Bilaspur to Jaipur train missed, change for the time 20843 train 06.25 pm to 09.25 pm@Bilaspur

there were cockroaches in the train and the toilets were dirty. such a long distance train why is there no pantry in the train.

बहुत ही घटिया टाइमिंग। इस ट्रेन के कारण मेरा डॉक्टर का उपचार कराने का नंबर छुट गया। हमलोग सोचे थे,कि १-२ घंटे विलंब होगा,मगर ये तो,४-५ घंटे। इस कारण हमें एक दिन एक्सट्रा रूकना पड़ रहा है और वापस की टिकट भी कैंसिल करानी पड़ी।
अब जाएंगे, रोगी को लेकर जेनरल में और मारते हुए।

Toilets very untidy.. Lot of smell.. We were alloted tickets in the starting sovthe smell from bathroom was unbearable.. The day we were traveling the train reached destination on time..

Toilet was not cleaned from my boarding station station jasidih to raipur,it was in bad condition,people were not able to use in sleeper coach.

Facility of KIUL station is v.v.poor, no drinking water was not available either in Stoll or in general water tap or water banding m/c..Higher class waiting room was full with unauthorised passenger & full of suffocation, no exhaust fan was their.

Toilets are choked at sleeper toilets even potty is on its surface .I am travelling in SE1 coach.There is no any improvement in closeness of train whereas going worst day by day.

Firstly the train arrived at the station 03 hrs late and the train finished its journey at bilaspur in whereas I booked upto raipur in. Pantry car not available in the train
