In this train TT has only one works,find the general ticket people and fine it,then after fill in the sleeper bogie.Those people who make the confirm tickets before 3&4 months before has also it's difficult for them too.I request to Railway Staff to arrange an extra bogies for them.
it is worst experience in my life. I don't know is it sleeper coach or genral coach blady ediots r coming in side of coach and questioning to those r confirmed tickets having do you have reservation. in a coach 72 is sleeper but more than 100 without reservation r travelling in coach mean while people r staying in side of toilets.
is tarin me sleeper coach hata dena chahiye sirf general coach hona chahiye kyu har baar sleeper coach ki haalat general coch se bhi battar hai .....doston please is tarinme safar Naa kare.....
Mujhe Secunderabad Jana tha but train main itni bheed thi ki main prayagraj me utar gya . confirm ticket hone k baad bhi itne waiting Wale log safar kar rahe the ki Jana muskil lag raha tha
very useless app i had booked secunderabad ticket from varanasi 74% chanchs was also but after paying and after booking 34% chans Done, my money was also deducted 250 rupees
Toilets are not maintained properly and not up to 2AC standards. Providing old bogies for long distance train is not proper.
Pillow covers not supplied to all despite request.
3 hours late, Mobil charging point damaged, bathroom window damaged, no privacy in bathroom, no water in bathroom till Allahabad, no power in second bathroom.
Very bad experience, never travel again if alternative options available. Worst service. Pathetic conditions of washroom. BOHS/ OBHS STAFF CAME AND WENT. VERY IRRITATING.

train was not even cleaned once till secunderabad, washroom were terrible.even paying so much for 3AC train was not cleaned all sleeper class people came and used AC toilets...worst train
iam very much worried how railway is working the tte making tickets on the spot in thousand of numbers in a single train it increase rush wich creat un comfort for the passengers who has booked ticket for their comfort before four months its unbareble railway shoud take necessary action other wise people will have to other options
Very poor on cleanliness. Even on complaint they say nothing can be done as there is no Cleaner since 3 months!!! Pantry food is worser than ever... Toilets were stinky and non bio.
The train was late, over crowded. There were 2 to 3 persons per reserved seat. My birth was side UB, 72. I was not able to sit, sine the lower birth was over crowded. I was standing near the toilets and walking after locking my bag on the seat. The toilets were so dirty. A horrible trip.
I have never seen any staff , except a lady constable passing through once.
