very bad service they talk very rudely and take extra charge of water rail neer they prohibited to go in toilet and other things.The toilet are not clean the wash basin was blocked by dirty things.This train is seems to be Village train

i wish there was a basic beauty parlour facility available on trains. like threading (ibro). it saves lot of time of ladies. because we have lots of work before traveling leaving us with no time for this nin productive things. and we should also look good while traveling and destination arrival. so this can b d best

am traveled at sleeper coach
..but am not understand it's sleeper coach or Gen compartment.... am request to Railway pl change all sleeper coaches into Gen compartment.
Not required for booking.
All pers travel in sleeper

Super train for worker who work in the morning and also I noticed that only three or 4 train in the morning from Vijayawada to chennai if you keep that navjeevan train as usaul it is help for the people who can go after the work. Such as at morning.8 to 9 am

We were two senior citizens (over 70 years) but both were given upper berths despite booking 120 days in advance (opening day of reservation). This caused a lot of inconvenience but otherwise the journey was good

Good quality should be improved. For good food travellers can be charged extra. The quality of food should be good.

Same major issue was overcharging by catering staff e.g. they were charging ?100 for veg meals this train usually runs in time upto ALD or BSB after that gets delayed

no blanket for me & used pillow provided too, washbasin was blocked, Windows were cracked too.
even no help provided after more than 10 tweets to railway & railway minister.
Pathetic, disgusting & hell-mark journey untill now & train is running late too.
is it good days?
is it sabka saath sabka vikas?
It's totally unacceptable & intolerable.
