your site is fleecing customer's by fraudulently charging exorbitant amount in the name of FCF. Next time I will not use your services and will inform others to avoid booking tickets from your site. you are fraud.

My experience with the train is not so good. Since I had booked 4 tickets but got only 1 confirmed after chart preparation. GS coaches are more comfortable than sleeper class. In one seat more than three passengers were adjusted.

life mein pahli bar aisi train mein Maine travelling kiya hai AC coach chodkar Puri train ko general dibba banaa rakha hai Mera confirm ticket tha fir bhi mujhe seat nahin mili TT se maine bola to usne mujhe jawab diya Tum train ke andar a gaye ho vahi bahut badi baat hai Jo without ticket passenger hai unse paise lekar TT train seat de raha hai kisi railway minister banaa Diya hai Jo without ticket wale hain unko seat mil rahi hai aur jo confirm ticket wale unko seat nahin mil rahi hai...?

Very Good train and train reaches it's destination on time and this train always on time some times maybe delayed but this train always on time and very superfast train, I always liked this train to go for New Delhi

Very imbarassing coach position. As per your site it was displayed that S1 was on 4th position after engine but it was quite opposite. Can you imagine that how will an old person get in his coach after crossing 10 coaches in a running train after boarding in another coach with luggage at a small station where the train stops for 2 minutes and coach display system on the platform is also u/s. Horrible Experience.

Power is not available in train for 5 hours. People are more suffering because of power. This is my very worst experience in bihar sampark karanti. Train is also 1 hour late in Lko.

Pantry service provider cheats with Passanger. Tooks extra 3-5 rupees extra on everything like Tea, Water, cold drinks, etc. and even on asking states that their master has directed for the same.

Very bad train no limit of passengers in sleeper coaches sleeper coaches condition is worst than general coach.
No limit of waiting traveled, number of waiting travlers in one coach 250 above. Why don't take any action railway . Why railway booked more ticket for waiting.

lots of passengers with general ticket or waiting tickets in reservation coach...infront of me TC issued lots of tickets with reservation charges in sleeper class...infact seat not vacant of reservation passengers...

The overall condition is unacceptable. but we are from bihar so has to suffer . every thing was below standard, like air condition was not cooling properly. no water in toilet.
