TC are not prioritizing the safety of women passengers. They did not consider even if the seats are available with collecting the fine amount.

food is not good ,they don't maintain the hygiene and washrooms are not properly clean, overall my experience of wainganga is too bed

very horror experience no water in bathroom no cleanliness even the berth is fully loaded unreserved ticket even my mother got stuck in the train our sit is occupied by another person and they argued with us.... extremely bad experience

Utterly disappointed travelling in this train. though reserved felt as if going in a general compartment. ppl jus flocked inside nd was all over...i had to call up the helpline in the middle of night for support as it was a serious threat to our belongings. Truly Traumatic Journey. WILL NVR TAKE THIS TRAIN EVR IN MY LIFE

online order not delivered and have to remain hungry. broken side lower seat in SL class. train artives 1 hour late in Kacheguda but reached destination on time. no water in the coach throughout and no response on the complaint.

the train was freaking 12 hrs delay and they didn't even give us our money back...who the hell will wait for 12 hrs for a 4 hrs journey.....

we are facing problem that light is off for mobile charging for Emergency we are unable to call anyone so my request is only that if u are taking money for travelling than u should provide proper lights, foods, and toilet is also not cleaned.

for mobile charging pin has not working. For cleaning man collect money of cleaning and napkin wasn't given to us.
