people's are taking extra money on IRCTC food scamm with common people. cleaning of coach not maintaining. no proper toilet cleaning. IRCTC people who are working on catches asking for money or tips after journey or end of the destination.

Food is worst, not consumable, too much oil in the mutter paneer, more than 60â„… Chapati's are very hard, it's totally dissapponting.

It is one of the worst train I have ever travelled and it was a very extremely horrible experience. I request Indian railway to please discontinue and discard this train asap.😡😤👎

very bad experience because the waiting list was 11 I am not able to get confirmation of seat, after chart prepared waiting list was 6 but waste, 76% percent getting seat also false.

i orderd food 1.bread omlet and thumbsup coldrinks he serverd timely but Price so high
I was asking bread omlet plate bill for claim.
he gave the bill (Non veg breakfast) nad charges 50 ruppes
and coldrinks MRP 38/- thirty Eight ruppes offerd him 50 ruppes
water bottle MRP - 15/- ruppes he offerd 20/-
sub loot hai bhaiya😞
so please give action for this type of froud.

I booked 3AC and dint get the bedsheets. I saw the attender had drunk and slept in the train. I called him but he is not bothered that. very poor service. passengers not able to open the door because he slept in front of the door.

Ha ha.. train no.11097 to ernakulam on 21/10/18 was shown as late by 44 minutes in madgoan station. But when we reached the station the train was at platform no.3 at the scheduled time of 4.55 p.m.

This was the worst of the worst journey in my life travelling through Poorna Express. From cleanliness to Punctuality to Food all below the standard level. Request all Indians to avoid this 🚆.
