very poor condition of housekeeping, bedsheets were not washed. used linens were just folded and given. no proper response from the staff. even after complaining also, they came to resolve but were not able to resolve the issue. no check from the railway authorities. only contracted staff are managing and manipulating the services.
Toilet conditions are very poor. Cleaning is zero. overall very bad experience

3 A/C coach, not mainland Cleaning
1- Not provided fresh bed shit and pillows
2- The washroom not cleaning
3- 3A/C coach after 3jender poison in site the coach ane fite for money every passenger

The train was 45 mins late... and dropped also 40 mins late. The train was giving extreme jurks. We didn't get a washed pillow, no blankets, no white sheets, no napkins, when we had asked for it, the attendants mentioned that they do not have it in stock. please mention this train also as a super slow train.

my coach get some bad news that my coach batery has fallen but thanks to viramgam station employees train driver for all that support they has given us everyone bus getting down but they tell didn't worry it's is small rare incedent but train was good neat clean

every month I am travellng to bhuj but as usual dirty bad sheets yesterday complaint lodgged on 138 but no result contractor has given heavy bribe to get this contract bad sheets were not packed n sealed in paper bags all used dirty bad sheets were served to us same thing is continued for last three months no change in system it means heavy corruption is made in this bad sheet contract

No pantry car in this train.U have to depend on online food agency.ICF coaches needs to be replaced with LHB coaches.So that they absorb shock and speed limit will increase.
