The two tier AC coach was the old version even though the seat quality was very third class and no hygiene was maintained and their had been so many cockroaches and when we asked to spray they made excuses that it's AC coach and other will feel smelling and door is also closed so while the train was into the yards why that time it was not cleaned and chemicals could have used to make the clean and bring it away. Indian railway is giving very third class service to their passengers.

cockroaches are everywhere in beds and sides. not able to sleep in fear of that. very unhygienic toilet and wash basin area.

The train was on time. Cleanliness of the toilets in 3AC could be improved. There was no pantry car attached, so food review is not applicable.

We have got M1 seat its little bit shorter. But rest kf the things are good. As per internal standrds bathrooms are not good. Please make it cleaner.

The area near the station bar is very dirty and full of stagnant water. There is no proper facility to go from platform 1 to platform 3. The height and crowd at Dadar station are very heavy. The benches on the platform are broken.

good. But I need to tell you that late after midnight the guy sleep on side upper berth(I was on SL), he vomited filth on my leg, I tried to wake him up but probably was drunk, did not respond. He just said the his cellphone was fallen down. I found it gave it to him. I had to gather together some waste papers and clean the mass. No attendant was present. As a senior citizen it was very hard for me. several hours I could not sleep. Very sorry. I have been regular traveller on railway Ober the years. Please consider the matter seriously. Thanks.

I got window set as per my booking. but there in train wrong numbering on seat. so I have to set forsefully in middle set. very bad

TOILETS ARE CLEAN BUT WATER/WETIS EVERYWHERE BECAUSE PASSENGERS ARE PORING SUGGESTION IS MAKE ANOTHER 2" HEIGHT PERFORATED (HOLES SHEET) LAYER TO STOP THE PLACE WET

Train surat station tak before time thi uske baad train ko side me kiya gaya jo train already late thi us k liye .ajmer dadar .or hamri train ko late kiya gaya . Why .

very bad experience. not again book tickets for this train. also may be railway book ticket from agent only because in season normal person tickets not getting confirm only gets W/L ticket

A1 coach was stinking like toilet.. No napkins were given though it was 2Ac coach. Toilets were cleaned. Curtains were dirty
