too much late
bad experience
train time was 19:20, train arrived at 12:07 at night.
on the way the train was very slow we reached Howrah at 5am in the morning

you should stop this train service..pathetic service...had to wait 7 hours for this train...All the time this train is late..you all should be ashamed of yourself who are managing this train service...you don't value our time..you should quit your job..

this train is very slow is train ka koi time table nahin hai train mein chadhne ke bad kab Ghar pahunchegi uska bhi thikana nahin hai

railway not thinking about their passenger situation.if train was late 2 hour everyday how to possible that the passenger reach there destination.the do not makeup timing.60 km non stop running .they could make up the time.60 km+. 30 km+. 30 km easily make 1 hour time slot.but the don't care anything

Worst Train I came two times from digha every time it late for 2 hours before reaching the platform for it's signal system. Food Quality very bad, actualy nothing is good in this train.

punctuality is zero, running 3 hrs late, stagnant at santraganchi station more than 1 hrs. recommended not to travel in this Train.

Very poor Seating comfort (03 seats made in the place of 02).
2. Coach not properly cleaned
3. Bathroom quality is very very poor.
Only positive thing is ticket price. But they should add some extra price and make the seat more comfortable and clean the cabin and toilet properly.
