Be very honest.If you are going somewhere in very urgently don't travel in this train..this is very late this train stops in outerside..no time punctuality..

worst journey i have feel with this train, coach are to noisy and punctuality is too worst.... it's delay by more than 2 hour and from last 1 hour its not reach katni station.only 1 km distance cover by 70 minutes

khana khane k baad coch me safayi ki jarurat h.sabhi toilet k pass khane ki plate rakh dete h jisme bacha huaa khana rahta h jise logo ka pair lagta h aur dustbin pahle hi full ho jata h...
bahut jyda gandgi ho jati h.

on B11 Coach, Seats were not comfortable, also toilets were smelling alot and unhygienic,,
about punctuality, it was delayed by 1 hours in its just 2 hours of journey, and reached destination with 2hrs delay

train was not cleaned once during the journey, toilets are in worst condition and the food which was served in the train was in bad condition.

bed roll not given on time after that I was asked to the staff. He started misbehaving with me. Very bad experience

Air conditioner must be adjusted as per outer atmoshphere .the temperature of ac should be optimum not too cold.A baby was crying too much due to cold.

no water in the was basin. the cabin packets didnt have small towels. the food wasn't great. the parathas dry and hard.

Train is good pauncatly is good... Food quality in train is bad are lots of curations are missing it's hooks.... Otherwise all are good... Dynamic charges should not too be there... Wi-Fi should be added in Spl trains....
