from beginning itself the train wasn't clean at all. The food quality of the pantry is cheap, tasteless and waste of money.

The train could provide best service. People said LTT puri was the best but I had a worst experience. 1st 3hr delayed . RAC people were arranged seats late , mid night I had to roam for empty seat , just to sleep for some time. Quality of tea is very bad charging 20 rs( masala tea) or 10rs it's like drinking sugar water. In name of matar paneer we were served water paneer. Snacks are high rated , no options no taste , no quantity too. Disappointed with LTT puri service . will never visit again

Train quality - Just OK
Pumctuality - Worst, Train is late from source Station and at destination station it is almost 4 hours late.
Food Quality - Worst, quality is below average and poor.

Train coach is very bad in this time there is no charging system given so many problems face for charging and cleanse also very bad.

Berth quality is bad. Food quality and quantity is poor. Pantry car is exploiting the passengers by charging higher rates. No action is taken in spite of complain to Rail Ministry.

Day travelling was quite annoying....
People without reservation in Sleeper Class allowed to Sit n Sleep in d Reserved compartment and we even after having a reserved seat have to Adjust n travel with dem.
So why to Pay extra and get a Reservation ticket if u can Travel in a Reservation Coach with a Regular Local Ticket.....

Don't travel Sleeper class. Cockroaches under every seat. Not at all punctual, I reached puri at 12.30 PM instead of 9 AM

Has taken 120 for dinner which included two vegetable, two paratha, dal and rice Pickle in which there was only pickle gravy. Food was ok but I think charge are more. Asked for menu not given ,
