Lot of unreserved passengers are standing at the gate area creating more problems for female passengers.
Also they are sitting as per their own in any seats.

the washrooms are very bad I got humsafar express coach which is very smelly and looks very bad not maintenance for cleanliness and always studd in toilets poop stuffs

Travelling in this train provides a smooth journey. There is no extra rush in this train since the WL passengers aren't allowed. The tickets also are available easily. The WL tickets can easily get converted to RAC since there are 12 bogies.

trains windows was tainted ,it didn't felt like a first class ,toilets where not properly maintained ,frequently ac was stopping, service was not worth of the money spent

Very bad train. No cleaning done. Condition of toilet pathetic. waiting in Uluberia and bauria station for more than an hour. Don't know when we could reach Santragachi.

The train is best to travel by SRC to mas and mas to SRC but when I travelled in this train by mas to SRC it delayed by 2 hours

train was 2 hrs late. Caterer over charged for food and misbehaved. complaint made through Twitter. Don't know what action taken against him.

Everything is good except the Mobile charge facility, my mobile gone dead after I tried in your train. Very bed experience. No thanks
