it is not a very good experience when compared to Vande Bharat. The platform was indicated number 6 in confirmkit app. But at the last moment it was changed to number 5 this causing lot of inconvenience specially to senior citizens

train cleanliness to improve. restrict unauthorized passengers boarding the reserved coach. it creates feeling of insecurity in the train ànd makes nuisance while sleep in the coach.

Toilets are the worst. Even 10 years back, they were maintained a bit..never imagined a 3AC will be like this. AC in LTT Duronto (12220)is no thermo controlled...kept in chill all along.

many more people not having ticket were present in coach B6.
Also lot of vendor not authorised were selling items in ac coaches.
Cases of small theft, I also lost my new ASICS shoes

very good train on time but in train the pantry boys selling water bottle substandard brand in 20 rupees the railway rate is 15 rupees

No food on wheels is available as well as coach not cleaned and bad smell in the coach. No security blankets were very dirty.Bathroom are not cleaned and no water

The worst train i had ever been on is 22732. There was no point in reserving seats as even general coach commuters got onto it fearlessly as no TTE even bothered to check tickets. The services have let us down. Request IRCTC to kindly look into this matter at utmost priority.

so many unreserved passengers have boarded the reservation coaches. Too much uncomfortable. Windows of train are very old. Necessarily all problems to be solved
