precautions should be taken to prevent unreserved persons not to enter, specifically during nights. it was a hell, the passage was completely blocked to go to toilet and unnecessary arguments.
no water in some toilets due to misfunctioning of flush knob.
Pl provide police & maintenance help line numbers in the tickets.

train is overfull with so much passenger facing difficulty for going wash rooms also, train should be clean and highgein and food, coffee, soft drinks sellers selling their products more than mrp price, and some sellers selling Vimal gutka in train so please think about this type of sellers and clean, highgein.
