from ndls to svdk train washroom was very smellfull. dustbin was full no one to clean or empty the dustbin

Punctuality was horrible it came 5 hours 30 minutes late at UMB station, cleanliness was not up to the mark, online enquiry system showed that it departed from Ambala at 12.30 am, whereas it didn't even arrived at umb, which created panic.

AC duct was chock in b4 from seat no 55to72 .start repairing after complaint on 6.15 get it done in approx 30 minutes.

it is bad system of govt. we paid full charge of ticket nd we got only 3seats out of6..it makes journery diffucult. it means IRCT system so poor.

no one cleaner in ac coach mane tt se bola koi clean vala h bola koi nhi h puri train may ....too much dust in train unconfortable too much .food quality its 3rd standard

Food sell in higher rate. And late time of dinner. They are more interested in selling snacks and drinks despite of dinner.

Food quality need to improve, the quality of Tea is very poor, if you take yourself feelonly hit water in the small cup for which Rs.10/- taken.It is not worth of Rs.10/- please improve this quality. Tea qualty should be quality like train

poor quality... waste train..Govt. collecting more than normal fare.. but Providing no facilities... even there is nil maintenance for the train... there is no water in washrooms also.

why is pillow and bedsheet not provided to both the passengers traveling in RAC ticket when the fare is same as the confirmed ticket?

The train speed & timing are good. The very deep concerned is the cleaniness of the train toilets, too much stinks it lack water also in washroom even though it was first/source station. Railway needs to take a prompt action to provide the better services. Food is average-per plate price is 120 rs, I would suggest if you want to charge 20-40 rs more for food do it, but give a hot & tasty food, also we had chowmin & paneer cutlet the taste of chowmin was a at very low level at 50 charge.
