The train is departing the lucknow junction 2.25 pm but suddenly train is stop for without any reason for getting late 1.42 hours so pls sir I hearbly requested to you pls run train on his accurate time cos time is most important for any human being thanks

In this chilling condition at 4 degree in Lucknow, early morning at 4:45am, blower/AC was not working.! Felt as if I was travelling in non AC coach. One kind request to Indian railways: Kindly provide those facilities to passengers which you promise and charge for.
