we paid for 2 seats but we only got one and even that was broken- side lower berth we are two adults how is this even possible to travel 10 hours straight overnight without sleeping.

built-in coach are very bad, size has been reduced , worst built coaches. punctuality not in time. no food supply. bad ass experience.

foul smell in coach. our berths being 1 and 3 in A1 coach very difficult to travel

general passengers come to the sleepers coach and disturb all reservation passengers so please check properly and strictly. The reason for not properly sleeping and seat sharing. reservation passengers are facing problems.

No pantry. Overall journey was good. No issues. Needs improvement on cleanliness at RLY platforms at Jabalpur.
