pathetic late. very very late.. not at all expected
. we pay more prices to save the travel time. yet 2 hours late.. Hygiene maintenance is very very low.. Washroom are not cleaned after the trip bad odour

the train came late by 50mins and was delayed by another 50mins halted at the source station. the train reached the destination next morning at 1:50am instead of 11:35pm the same day. this has been an ongoing issue and the charges are still same as the express train. the railways really need to do something about being on time than just introducing new trains and not meet the basic schedule of the current running trains.

Food quality and quantity are not up to the mark. The curtain ring string makes noise while moving the train. It should be fixed with a clip or a bracket. In one Toilet, the soap dispenser is not working properly.

Had paid for tea and snacks and Dinner Rs 924 for 3 personwas paid when asked for tea and shacks the attended refused to given and served only Dinner even the Teacy (Tt) coudunt help us I as Senior Citizen did not accept this Take A note of it a complaint is also lodged with the Ticket Collector

The train was delayed for 7 hrs 45 minutes. The non veg food was absolutely horrible and they charged me Rs.270/- which very expensive. Toilets were unbelievable and dirty ,stinky with urine n unclean. The charges are not worth the service. Tejas express standard is definitely very poor.

The train was delayed by 3 hours. to top it all off they left people behind just so that they can cover up the time. doors not opening correctly and no guard to help. worst experience with this train so far and i would not recommend people to travel by this train. its a real shame to see a jewel to be so dull. 0 compensations or efforts to help passengers. there was also no prior notice about the delay either which was the most irritating part as people had come early to the station in a heat wave situation and made them sit for close to 3-4 hours straight. no consideration for senior citizens at all by keeping many of the doors closed when they wanted to climb.pathetic!

train arrived 40 min late, when we entered, the train was full of mess with no AC, then it finally left after an hour delay, when asked the staff , he said bluntly, this express is always delayed, today we r lucky to leave only by one hour delay and the food served was below average . better to go by vande Bharat, as the cost price is same and the service and cleanliness is great.

The train was continuously giving jerks which were causing problems to old people. The washroom was dirty and smelly. There was a kid who created a ruckus the entire trip. Worst experience. And we have to pay 1300 bucks for this supposedly premium train?

We got the option to select veg or non veg but no food was served even though we paid 900 per person for a single journey. only bottle of water was given and also the train was not at all clean. TV was not working and the ac was not also good.

Train is not punctual and running late by approx 1hr. Train is side parted four office times during journey. I never saw train running without halt between ratnagiri and kudale. Mangalore express is much better than this train if we talk about speed and punctuality.

This train while coming back not clean.. though cleaning staff tries to clean it up but it is must to keep train close & clean...
One more point I wanted one extra tea and the staff inside train gave me same tea again at rs. 20.
