it was very bad experience i have experienced. one poor woman's travelling bag stolen by theft.she was crying and at that time ticket collector came and she explained all about what happened but TC was not supported her and then she called to railway help line number but even they also not helped her. so railway department is not cooperative with common people.

this is not sufer fast train. this is the local train. all passengers travelling like local train.and this passanger disturb to confirm ticket passenger.

bad experience general passengers Are seating in sliper coach forcely on the seat.

there are lot of people with general tickets travelling in reserved berths, saying that they'll sleep on the floor, unoccupied seats etc

very much crowded nobody care if you have ticket or not people come sit when station comes they exit train like nothing happened I very much impressed by it I the one who brought the ticket but still I have to share my seat with others very much impressed by Maharashtra railways I will report on official website of Maharashtra railways

give better ticket confirmation process it is very hard to travel on RAC ticket too.
