seats were very uncomfortable no cushioning at all. just hard seats . I came standing as the seats wr hitting hard on my hips

it was bad experiance 1st time with me in vandebharat and they fill me very embarass in front of all passangers when they said mam your food is not add here but when i show them the coloum for my food then they appolize anf given to me food when all passangers alredy done there food even in that train there is no cleaning all the used bottles alredy put in fron of my seat and when i noticed them they naver agreeed there falt and said mam it may be your belongies and the cleaner boy was very very rude person so total all over it was very bad exp with me and i do mostly travel in vandebharat but it was 1st time happned with me

nice train but food is same ye khana to Dibrugarh Rajdhani mai bhi hota hai,satabdi mai bhi same hai, vande bharat hai bhai kuch to alag hona cahiye

A very bad experience about its punctuality.. only 1 single train is running... when the down train arrives then the up train departs after cleaning.. so i think it is always a late train.. also when it comes to near 17 km of delhi cant station it slows down and thats why it is always late train

hopeless in all aspects. late by 3.30 hrs. Stranded at the station. Difficult for senior citizen to get cab. But I am confident that it will not affect railway administration except to say sorry and story continues.

food when contracted (eg lunch) is low quality. when provided in packetz ex company (eg tea) was good quality. pl improve lunch/dinner quality.

i book vande bharat train but coming tejas train and every food all items are oily. I say ager train late hoti jai toh fir sanak or dinner dono dene chahiye or food kuch healthy hona chahiye

Very good initiative by Indian railway. It would have been Excellent if the seats quality would have Neen better. these seats are comfortable for 1 hour journey only.

Catering Service was Very bad. Dinner plates were not picked up till Jaipur station. Attendants were not responding
