Everything was good , only you need to solve the issue of dustbin. there should be more options of dustbins or there should be the garbage change in some particular station, otherwise peoples will throw the garbage on the railway tracks as the dustbin gets full

ट्रेन में साफ सफाई का कोई ध्यान नहीं देता ओर पानी का पैसा भी ज्यादा लेता है रेल नीर नहीं मिलता है । बोगी नंबर s5 में सीट नंबर 80 की खिड़की भी टूटी हुई है बाथरूम में जुग भी नहीं है । किसी भी प्रकार की साफ सफाई नहीं है । ट्रेन में टिकट चेक करने वाले सर भी एक ही बार आए लोग जेनरल बोगी समझ के स्लीपर में चढ़ जाते है । मुख्य बात ट्रेन में बाथरूम की खिड़की भी टूटी हुई है और साफ सफाई भी नहीं है

The train started 2 hours late from the source station. Even though the Pantry Car is available in the train, no proper facilities are available. Drinking water, Tea or coffee distribution is not available, even after asking so many times. Toilets are dirty and smelly, no proper cleaning is done.

the worst train I have ever travelled almost 4½ hours late. so many jerk, sudden brakes, so many hault, coach full of cockroaches🪳 and insects.uncleaned toilets, urine smell blankets and bedsheets

मेरा कोच B 11 था कोच पुराना हो गया है बाथरूम भी खराब हो गया है बाथरूम में गंदगी है हमसफर का नाम है सिर्फ इस ट्रेन में ऐसा कोई सुविधा नहीं है यह कोच बहुत पुराना हो गया है अब बदलने की जरूरत है इसको अपडेट करें

cleaning in the washroom is much much needed... please do something,request to railway authorities mostly flush is not working...and don't ask about punctuality konkan railway passengers are habitual by late train regularly

The worst maintained I ever. travelled.. especially to say this is a Humsafar train and no onboard cleaning,no toilets cleaning,no prpoer water and even there was no coach attender also in ac compartments .I also gave 3 sms on the displayed board format.OB C pnr no..but reply came try later..Is this the way railway is providing facilities for ac travellers,then we can imagine the pathri. situation of sleeper and general class .When railways sees onlt to their rules and regulations,then what about the passengers. Do railways think that they are the major network in India so they can act as they like .Very very worse.
