A very bad experience with this train. A huge crowd of people were in the bogie most of them having no reserved seats. They were sitting and standing in the passage and near the door causing inconvenience for the confirmed ticket passengers. No TTE or coach conducter was there to handle them.
Toilets were dirty and water was gathered on the toilet floor
There were 5 to 6 people on a 3 passengers birth. I have complained several times through your app but no action has been taken.
Confirmed ticket passengers were having trouble to go to the lavatory due to said rush.

the tickets has been moved RAC
I am disturb whole night
if ticket has been moved RAC then half amount should be refundable
note- RAC ruls I am not aggre this is a cheating

The attendant's behavior was very bad, it needs to be corrected. Get the electric board fixed so that one can use his mobile, laptop properly. The most important thing is that no complaint should be lodged against the attendant.

kaha hai rules ki waiting wale safar nhi krenge????

3AC coach becomes general coach where beggars, street food vendors and some transgenders came. washroom passage blocked by without ticket passenger and no action being taken by tte. so pathetic no management. TTE did a formal communication with them and left.

What is the use of booking 15 days in advance when you give tickets to Tatkal holders by taking Rs. 500 extra and we are in waiting list for 15 days and you don't confirm even after chart is prepared, crazy Indian Railways 👍🏻

there is no cleanliness in the train. noone came to clean till kanpur. food facility is poor.

No cleanliness. Toilets in 3A are like sleeper class toilets. People with wait list ticket travelling in 3 AC coach.
