Inspite of many request placed to TT ,The lower birth either side lower or inside lower was not provided.Even the TT left at Bhopal station inspite of updating me , though he confirmed to me that he will get it done ,And after that new TT also didn't supported.Luggage was excess and back pain was their ,so side upper was bit difficult to travel that's why requested.
Most of the stations online food delivery from resturants tie ups , delivery options is not available during train transist which is soo bad .Try to improve that ,so that food is available during journey at stipulated stations , otherwise it gets difficult.
Train toilets in AC 2 Tiers and first class found in pathetic and unhygienic condition.No water available and no cleaning staff available.
Their should be a pantry in this train, whatsoever might be the reason.

mere waiting canfarm bhi nahi hue aur na to tdr accept hua bahut bekar train hai 3,3-4,4 mahine baad Tak waiting hai sabse bakwas train hai.

we change my seat side lower from other passenger seat no. 25 & 33 but this is also down position
sleep not well, very uncomfortable
do adjust seat settings properly

ट्रेन में पैंट्री यान नही है जिस के कारण पानी और फूड के लिया बार बार पैसेंजर को प्लेटफार्म पर जाना पड़ता है कृपया इस और ध्यान रखें बाकी ट्रेन वेरी एक्सलेंट और सफाई और all स्टाफ वेरी गुड नेचर
