train is very late. Hoti Nagpur train arrived before 40 minute. but after that train has delayed 4 hours. Apart from that due late running, food supplied on 10pm of night at Raipur. Cleaness is very bad

Need improvement. Old boggies, and full of dust. No handwash availability. No water availability in toilets in the night.

Bed roll is not in good condition. hygiene and sanitation of toilet is so poor. Staff has no response to traveller.

pantry staff made noise till 11 pm in night and start early morning 5 am. they don't have pasetance even rush in big stations but they are wondering here and there for selling Tea.

Train quality so poor. Compartments are so noisy.
There are 3hrs running late from its schedule time.
Running staff behavior also so bad.
