Vande bharat is name but no one is keeping clean about it's washroom bcuz so felty my house washroom is so clean compare to this vande bharat 20705 very bad experience and the ac was not working in the same train no one is brother about it and the fare is so high we get refunded about it

The train is clean and good, but the staff—especially those serving food and tea—are very untidy. They chew gutka, which is clearly visible, and it looks very dirty and unpleasant while we are eating food. Seeing gutka in their mouths makes us feel uncomfortable.
So please make a change in this matter. This is my request to the Railway Department.

The journey was comfortable and enjoyed the trip. The toilets may be cleaned frequently as soon many are using it.

Train has been maintained really well. the staff is polite. however, the it sometimes gets delayed by 10-15 mins. The food taste varies throughout dishes. for example. the poha was very bland but the curry was very tasteful. overall I feel it is an experience worth the amount.

with the price you are charging for the ticket, breakfast or lunch should be supplied on the ticket. But here you have to pay extra & the omelette I had ordered was not fresh.
Trip not worth the money.
