Annoyinb sound of Mobile speaker-Passengers should be restricted about the volume or usage of Headphones... Leg space was less, Thatcould not sit for long time... Cleanliness is good... Luggage assistance can be done- Many find ot difficult to put it on the upper counter.... Train was late to start, Very late to reach Trichy too...

Poor quality food. Especially the tea, coffee and pongal are very bad.. Second, the staff serving the food do not know Tamil at all. It would be good if they learned Tamil.

departure at Egmore is at right time but late by 30mts at Virudhunagar. The travel at EC couch is very comfortable. Cleanliness and service were excellent

boarded from madurai to tirunelveli
i heard the recorded voice inside the train says tea coffee complimentary for madurai boarded passangers
but they asked money for coffee
that's very disappointed
madurai nd virudhunagar boarded passangers can atleast get coffee or tea
including this complimentry will be greatful

Good Train to travel.
need to maintain clean seats and
head cover tissue needs to be implemented.
A food tray in front of the seats needs to be cleaned perfectly
