very bad service inside the coach. No detailed staff is interested to keep Toilet, wash Basin, coach cleaned. Catering staff also not well behaved.
These points to be given more attention. Requested to take needful action specially for cleaning Toilets, wash basins and coach.

The staff were excellent, they answered all the queries promptly and tried their best to help us. The train coach condition is terrible. Water was dripping from the AC vents, the flush in the toilet was not working in spite of multiple tries to fix it by the staff. The berth frames were breaking apart. We expect better coach condition when we pay such premium price for the seats.

राजधानी जैसी ट्रेन में गंदगी तथा टायलेट के दरवाज़े ख़राब होना चिंता की बात है। लंबी दूरी तय करने वाले यात्रियों को कितना कठिनाई होती है, कृपया इस बात पर ध्यान केंद्रित करें।फटे बेडरोल तथा टायलेट में गंदगी भी रहता है।इसे ठीक किया जाए।

Inside the the train it is very dirty especially the toilet. If it was maintained clean on every 3 hours by the sweeper it will be very fine for passengers.

very bad train quality, dirty and Unheigynic. Delayed timings reached my destination almost 3 hours late from the expected time. Food quality was pathetic. Raajdhani which used to be the most favorite amongst the trains in this country has fallen way down in quality, standard and punctuality.

train is satisfactory, AC power supply is erratic, coach is over 10years old fitting fixtures quality require further improvements unserviceable curtain rails required to be replaced.Charging points required for side seats.

As a senior citizen I was allotted lower birth no. 12 in B1 which was totally uncomfortable due to broken. I also asked to T.T.E.but he failed to provide other due to rush in the train. Place get it repair so that other would not suffer paying huge reservation charges.2ndly there should be other fooding items for vegetarians instead of Dinner of paneer on every meal.a.k.singh

Poorly maintained bogies. Flooding toilet in absense of water outlet. Kaam chor cleaning staff. Ill fitted toilet accessories like doors, waste busket comod cover, mug and spray handle

Used Pillow cover provides, food quality is very bad... Food order denied.. Actually I had ordered egg but they are unable to provide my order and provided to me veg. Toilet is not clain... Hand-wash not available. And bad staff throughout all blankets on floor at the arriving time of Dibrugarh Station.

The Food is very bad, unable to eat the Dinner, on complain to the service boy, he didn't rectify it. The service is becoming poor every year. But the official feedback is also no use as rectification is not happening in real sense.

the Waiter who is servings us is a really good guy, totally calm as well as good manner for me this guy is one of the best guy so far in rajdhani and the food time is good
