The train in sleeper coach with old windows was having torn seats and washrooms not clean , as in ujjain to varanasi 20414 was very clean in new lhb new window with modern features and well maintained also train 20413 varanasi to ujjain departs one hour late due to coaches not arranged together problem each time but other than that one hour train is 100% on time and good speed with 130kmph after Jhansi rest 110 kmph and fewer halts

VERY I HAVE TO PAY TWICE BECAUSE RAC TICKET ALSO BUT TT SAY YOU HAVE TO PAY TWICE VERY BAD HE CHARGED ME 250 FAIR AND 250 EXCESS CHARGE

Train was very much clean and with nice polite staff in Coach B6. train reached ujjain before time.
