We got RAC bookings for two of our seats, one of which was for a senior citizen, but they were given an upper seat on this side and since they could not get into the upper seat, they had to adjust it by telling others and sit there all night. This is a very wasteful service. Give a lower seat to a senior citizen.

No water at all in the compartment, IRCTC Staff cheat, selling tea in small cups (Nonprinted) and charge Rs.10/- and some staff add some water also to tea to mint money. Thank You

train reached late by an hour to thevim never punctual toilet smelling and dirty need to improve seats always given near toilets whoever I book my tickets

no problem with the train everything was perfectly fine
only thing is when we click on ticket which I send to my mom and dad it just won't open we have to put PNR No only to see the train

Train was delayed by 2 hours and reached Destination delayed by 3 hours
overall train cleaning and food was good

very worst ticket booking - before 2 months ticket booking but last stage did not confirm loss of money.... thanks lots Confirmtkt not again.... ππΌππΌ

no tte arrived to check tickets and also coach was full of waitlisted ticket it was same as if it is an unreserved coach can't go to the washroom also so much packed coach it was....

It surprises me, why IRCTC, has double standards regarding Pantry Cars on certain trains. Example Konkan Kanya between Mumbai to Goa has a Pantry Car to cater to its passengers but on the same route Matsyagandha as well as Mumbai Express between Mangalore Central to LTT, or from Mangalore Junction to CSTM where the journey is 18 to 20 hrs ( most of the time trains run behind schedule ) and the same is denied to its passengers.

veg and nonveg pulav and biryani is tooo pooor quality of food no in taste nor in quality .. tomato soup is good and tea coffee need to improve quality as it's hot but no taste

not satisfy with your services, because tatkal ticket 3A you charging 1600+ but ticket is waiting list and refund is received only 1200 approximately then why you taken this amount kindly refund me the same
