worst train total capacity of each coach is 72.but in this train easily we can find 144 passenger.in night time not easy to use toilet.third class train

it's the prime responsibility for the TC and RPF about the safety of traveler in reservation class .... but no one care once the check no one will come again to check ...and the reservation class becomes local train

Horrible punctuality. The train commenced it's journey from source station itself an hour and 10 minutes late and was delayed 2 hours 15 minutes overall enroute. There's a slack in the timetable, but even that did not help in recovering the lost time. Food from pantry was pathetic. Dal was so watery that one could say plain water was thicker than it. One small tacky plastic spoon made the experience more worse. One wondered how to drink the kadhi, which came along with dal, rice and other vegetable in same plastic tray. Tissue paper, generally provided along, were missing . Overall the food was not even worth Rs. 12.00. Certainly not Rs. 120 charged

Coach incharge TTE must visit and see whether the travellers intact are traveling on alloted seats and no other persons are allowed to travel in the reserved coach.

its good but food package was not easy to open pls di that because it wont open easily n d spoon size increase and quality should be change because while eating it get roughness to the side of the lips and it gets pain .and in the food menu option u should add the quantity and price ex {if i order only roti or butter paratha then there should be the price and the quantity so that we can order according to that .

over all good train ..but toilet can be more clean...and need new technology for flush .. coach attendee was good .

train was neat and clean
but not punchual.
the food quality was very poor and catering was charging more amount than mentioned on the menu

Electric fans and tube lights were not working. Very uncomfortable for sleeper class passengers when fans are not working in day time were temperatures are touching 38 to 40 celsius.

need lots of changes in food quality..cleanliness in train coaches...cleanliness in bedsheet, blankets, and pillows... these all things are very dirty.
