There is no water in the sleeper compartment and it is very dirty, there is sleeper booking. But it is filled with local passengers.

initially when train was boarded it was late... by more than 1 hour delayed...
but arrived destination before time...
food quality and taste was not good

Train arrived well before time at Pune but thereafter it goes delayed due to unknown reason for an hour. But overall experience was very good. Cleaning also good.

Train timings can be reduced considerably. Because i saw unnecessary stops and slow speeds during my trip. Latest technology coach can run faster hence should allow the train to run faster. This will save time of passengers and also it will be cost beneficial to Indian Railways.
