very I always travel in this train but this time the quality of the seats is very bad, the seats are very dirty, some oil and mixed mud is stuck on them and they are very dirty, seat s2 9,10, and 12, seat number 12 of s2 is very dirty, please get it cleaned

In B3 bogi ,there is heavy water leakage from top roof in toilet so this toilet not in use .only one toilet using .

very bad service before ticket booking system saw 200 plus available but after booking get waiting ticket and cancel ticket its all about get 60 plus commissions.
