it was such a horrible experience in terms of punctuality. Too poor in terms of timing. Cleaning was also not too much upto expectations.

uncleaned toilets.. used bed sheets were provided.. even after informing 2-3 times ... no action taken.... I have completed my full journey without a bed sheet and blanket.. so, what is the use of paying that much if you are not getting proper facilities.

it takes to much time for reaching destination this train running by diesel so this speed is so low if a traveller manage the time issue then this train is best for him.
A special thing in this train you can get always comfirm ticket because i in this train seat availability option chances is more

there is no pantry car in the train.railways should inform passengers in advance whether the booked train has plenty car or not.

Very dirty foods in Guna & Gwalior stations...I found At d authorized railway stall..counter, matter of d shame in railway stations...Not gud food & water...Think tank u all railway staffs... Staff is not good..
