Disturbed from cold due to AC leakage in the train, wash basins were small so water was splashing out, all station water quality was also bad, food was very bad and low quality.

दुख होता है जब प्रशासन के हाथ में कुछ भी नहीं होता है थर्ड एसी और स्लीपर कोच के अंदर रिजर्वेशन तक जाने की जगह तक नहीं थी बड़ी मुश्किल से पार्सल के डब्बे में हमें पुलिस कर्मचारियों ने बिताया पब्लिक मानने के लिए तैयार नहीं थी प्रशासन क्या कर रहा है सो रहा है

got a bottle full of piss on my birth, no one cleaned it , it was dirty no one cleaned it, pillows were used and dirtiest as they could be. The train was delayed by 3 hours so no punctuality either.

हर जगह गंदगी फैली हुई थी, बाथरूम में भी बहुत गंदगी थी, सफाई का कही भी उचित प्रबंधन नहीं था। बेडरोल भी देने के लिए कोई नहीं था।

the condition of the train is not as per standards. The toilets are pathetic in condition, one can not even think of stepping inside.no cleanliness is there in the train

This washroom in B1 does not have water right from the begining, we had to do another compartment to use the washroom or even to wash hands.

Cleanliness is as like all other indian train, toilet are not clean. Train was too late 5 :30 hours, food pantry was good.
