use Acha to avadh train closed hi kardijye.10 /12 ghante let koi time table hai ke nai passenger ko paresan hone ka fogat ka reservation cheg chuka ne ka rail mantraly ki galti hai itni let train hai to destination se hi cancel Kar ni chaiye ya aur jobhi train mmct ki tarf jaa rahi ho usme 1/2 coach add Kar ke vo passenger ko seat de ke travel karva na chaiye ye Mera Maan na hai.aaj passenger ko morning me poch ke work ke liye bhi Jaana hota hai to kese jaaskta hai. iske baare me rail mantraly kuch soche esi meri dili gujaaris hai.

train quality is very cheap class. In sleeper class many ticket with a general ticket and fully pack with general people and problem in boarding a train and finding a seat plzzz.... attention on this train and improve

i have conform ticket than also I having trouble of sitting on my seat there is 5 person on my seat sitting illegally and tc doesn't do any thing very dirty compartment..strongly disappointed wid service

As an aware citizen it is my duty to inform the ones reading this about the poor aspects of this train . It is the worst train you could think in terms of punctuality. The first ac coaches were ok not good . don't even think of going on this train . On my journey it was delayed by more than six hours before i boarded it . FULL WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME !!!

Awadh is Fantastic train for me.. i usually travel with Awadh Express. everything is good staff good but one thing was missing this time it was
carelessness of Train attendant i was in AC 2nd A1 but there was no water in boggi HA1 and A1 no water suply. passengers was using an other bogie toilets. its was very bad experience. see, my main concern is that have to take the responsibility. one gentleman has complained also on the Mobile no which is prefixed on bogie . but no response. flushing not working properly. no cleanliness. if these kind of services providing in HA1 , A1, then what about AC3 type or what about Sleepers coaches. i am requesting to Authority to look into it.

indicator not working on platform, not opened door in train heavy rosh so we will miss the train, our complaint ref no 2022121805919 dt 18.12.22 time 18.08, pnr no6509103171. so please refund my ticket charge

The worst travel experience of ever. Coaches (Sleeper) doesn't seem like reservation Coaches as overcrowded. People without valid tickets are travelling and not allowing to sit confirmed tickets passengers. I boarded train from Vadodara after Surat TT entered coach and telling that this train is like this only (overcrowded) and he royally telling me that I Should not book ticket in such train ( how sad that Indian Railways Employee saying this ) as such it's not his duty to control this.

Train city station par 4 minute ruki aur mera coach number S-14 tha and mai apne coach tak bhi ni pahucha aur train chal di bht kharab experience tha bht mood kharab hua mujhe urjent me pahuchana tha

I travelled in 3AC from kanpur to Mumbai.... Cleanliness was good.... I advise to take your own food otherwise the pantry food is also edible.... The train was always on time at every station b/w CNB and BDTS

I am happy with Indian railways. though electronic boards have come to show coach positions, for various reasons, make it mandatory at all rly stations and platforms to display coach numbers as was the previous practise in addition to electronic system which is prone to failure.
