Travelled in Train 19021 (Amrit Bharat) and the experience was shocking. Coaches were so untidy it felt like travelling in a dustbin. Pan masala and tobacco stains on seats, filthy floors, and windows “decorated” with spit.
Even after complaining to RailMadad, nothing improved. I expected Amrit Bharat to maintain some standard, but it was highly disappointing. Pan masala should be completely banned inside trains to stop this unhygienic behavior.
Really hope Indian Railways takes strict action and maintains better cleanliness.

the alternate train tickets option is very good.
location of coach information would be helpful ..Also taxi cab info at origin and destination city would help..
