This is a very bad train. It has no respect for punctuality, and the scheduled timing has no value. Passengers' time is not respected at all.
I strongly recommend that all passengers, especially those planning a new booking, avoid booking tickets on this train..

The train started from Surat with 2 hours delayed ,
and it increased gradually and at the end total more then 10 hours late
the worst experience ever

Toilets were not cleaned
Locals without tickets were travelling in reserve coach.
Transgender (without tickets)people collect money from many people.

Keep Change in your pocket otherwise third gender people tolerate you and Beat you if you don't give them money , I don't know why Railway not doing about this.

Nice Journey, But same issue for all reservation person to manage RAC or non-reservation in journey time for 2 to 4 hrs in our 7 hrs journey ЁЯЩВ, Kindly do this needful for all of youЁЯСН. So we can happily travel in our journey.

Train ticket confirmation nahi hota he to return nahi karte he bahot hi gandi si bhid me ledies ko rahena padta ke wo bhi dubara lokal ticket le kar . Agar festival me loko ka zyada ana jana raheta he to usme government ko or achhi suvidha Deni chahiye . local ticket bi badha di and bethne ki bi ЁЯкС na mile log kese aate jate he . or ticket confirmation nahi hoti he to rs. return kar dene chahiye or ledies dabba bhi rakhna chahiye.

The train attendant had not come to clean the train. it was in a bad condition while it left from Mumbai. No soap in soap dispenser. when asked the person said u can complain about it. No one is available for filling the soap dispenser. earlier bedsheets were not removed.

I travelled in 3AC & THE AC WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. DESPITE REMINDERS TO ATTENDANT THEY COULD NOT HELP IT.
FOR THE LAST TIME I AM TRAVELLING IN THIS TRAIN. ALSO THE TRAIN WAS RUNNING LATE BY 2 hours for NO REASONS. PATHETIC AND DISGUSTING

When a person buys a ticket in 2 A they deserve a good compartment that's clean and new. The compartments were old and dirty. There was no service and the seats were joined with 3 A. Honestly it was the worst train journey ever.
