The second AC class on this train presented a substandard experience, even when compared to sleeper class accommodations. Frequent stops, approximately every ten minutes, coupled with significant delays, resulted in considerable disappointment.

This is worst travel i ever had in this train . Some them as follows: Confirmation of seat came at midnight. No dust bin , jerks were high intensity, pillows were with marks and used ones , toilets are smelling , not cleaned , water flush not working, Indian toilet was full of stool, inter connecting doors to other boogies were open , so Passengers of other class were travelling . Unauthorised Hawkers entered cabin at Solapur station , no dinning table in cabin A . Bearth 1AND 2 are damaged etc. At the end train arrived late at Vishakapatnam making the pathetic journey end .

On app it ws mentioned train will arrive at platform 3 but it arrived at platform no. 2. I missed the train and when I chatted with Tejal from customer he didn't respond to me for good 15 mins when I asked for refund. This will be my last trip through this app. will never recommend anyone

Coach Position Info in Websites and Neon At Stations Extremely Misguiding Causing Serious Inconvenience. Serious Chaos Inside Coaches. Railway Staff Responsible For This Deliberate Wrong information Causing Mass Public Inconvenience Should Be Terminated From Services, Not Just Suspended.

no cleanliness toilets are so dirty no water pathetic service and after secunderabad station it was so much rush in train it seems like this is a local trainl. plz improve it is sleeper class not a general class. even Ticket checker are coming but not saying anything to anyone. very upset with this journey in Sleeper class.

train was punctual but the pillow cover was very dirty we have ask them pillow cover to change bedsheet n towel. there was no water in English toilet even handwash was not there English toilet on both side was so dirty all the water was down on the floor no one was there for cleaning 🧹 so dirty terrible experience not 1 around 5 to 6 people at a time comes shouting about lunch screaming like a hell khana khana one after the other keep 1person for 1boggie is more than enough it looks like we have travel in general class

Indian railway should focus on hygiene, clean railway compartment, toilets, food etc and should provide more train services for every city and state because everyone depends on train but government doesn't care more so government should care for the railway passenger

This is one of the most hopeless trains I have travelled so far. The toilets are never cleaned and very filthy. coaches were never cleaned not even once in the whole journey and I guess not even once before passengers boarded the train. There is no pantry on the train. The highlight is the free movement of cockroaches everywhere and in addition to it you will be lucky to find bugs as well.

the sleeper class was garbage. people eat and leave their leftovers under their berths. the toilets r like terrible to the level 100. no one flushes their poo and the smell of urine comes inside the seats. I couldn't sleep properly. and the train was delayed 20 mins and reached destination few mins late. if u want to book a ticket then don't go for sleeper class.

worst train i have ever seen in my life, too much delay about to 6 hr , horrible journey, I'll never travel again Indian railways, poor execution, low quality maintanence, water problem, dirty smell, this is not a express it's like a ordinary bus with somany stops, don't prefer this train ever , incredible india, without any intimation how can you delay the train you have to intimate properly, If there's any emergency what they'll do

AC 2 Tier coach was full of cockroaches roaming around. Toilets were filthy, with no water between some stations and completely unusable. The bedsheets and pillow covers provided were full of stains. Bedsheets, Blankets and curtains have not been washed for a long time. For a traveller with dust allergy like me this triggered constant sneezing during the entire travel duration.

Train quality maintainanc is poor and late arrived at station and most of general ticket passenger in sleeper coach l, really embarrassing and dishurt service, need to improve train service, surprise to see mobile charging most of power
