Railway staff entered the reserved coach claiming to be staff and sat in our reserved seats. This is unacceptable and caused inconvenience during our journey. Please take appropriate action against the staff involved and ensure passengers’ reserved seats are respected.

The seats were so good for 3E but the washrooms I didn't find good , their was no tissues at my time . Washrooms need to be fixed

The cleanliness on this train is extremely poor. The coaches are filthy and the toilets are completely unhygienic and unusable.

1.bathrooms are always dirty.
2.bedsheets packet is always given with dirty bed sheets,
3.no police security is there...

You should feel ashamed, the train is running 9 hours late, what a joke, it was a terrible experience, Indian trains are the worst.

The berths were not properly cleaned, it was completely dirty and the washrooms were completely bad smell not properly cleaned and maintained

It shows chance of percentage for ticket confirmation, but it doesn't work..... waste app, time waste....i hate this app

this train is really worst No cleaning at all too late to reach
