BATHROOMS FLOODED WITH SHIT AND WATER...
ALL NON RESERVED PASSENGERS ALLOWED AND LEFT THEM LIKE UNKNOWN. AND THEY DISTURBING CO-PASSENGERS LIKE PLAYING SONGS AT HIGH VOLUME AND THEY MAKEOURSELVES ADJUSTED ON OUR SEATS...
The toilet wash basins are very poor and not cleaned at all. But just before the train reach vizag some fellow comes and provide cleaning of bogie as eye wash. immediately 3-4 fellows who never indulge in cleaning at all, would queue up for tips. They are never seen cleaning at the end only for begging tip. Indian Railways are doing good in spending money but there is none to see how the work is going on.
poor maintenance and even I had booked my seat I am unable to sit in my seat due to allow of normal passengers no maintenance at all.
It's a very very very worst experience I never had....
Everything was least neat and clean. We traveled for 19hrs, the onthing where we got affected was in food. There was no good quality and minimum tasty food. We had good expectations on food, and that's the only thing where we suffered. Nor even a good coffee tea, it reuins the whole IRCTC food department name. But to be frank, I personally had a good experience in food in other trains (KSR - Chennai).
food not used. announcement on arrival of platform number at least 10 minutes in advance is very much needed for all trains,, as aged people/ persons with knee pain to switch from one plat form to the other is very cumbersome, painful and stressful. It is announced just a few minutes before.
Train was cancelled between SSPS and SBC, No information regarding cancellation of train, Nothing was arranged for passenger to reach sbc and SBC to SSPN, no money is also refunded
B1 coach EWC toilet flush was not functioning.. please arrange to provide audio system to announce the forth coming station to alert the passenger in all the coaches it will be convenient for night traveling passenger s....
Travelled from Bangalore to Rajahmundry.Bathrooms very bad smells till Vijayawada.water also not coming properly hard to manage with kids for this. Train was too much of late while starting but picked up during night. Quality inside Train is not up to mark
Cleanliness is good. People are closing the coach entry / exit door and putting luggage in front of the doors of Ac coaches and toilets. RPF and TTE should ensure doors and toilets front are kept free to easy access and quick boarding and quick getting down. People storing luggage near doors should penalised heavily for passenger discomfort.
2ac A1 boggi 08052 was in a worst condition. Bio toilet notice was there but there was no bio toilet . You can see the track through the toilet pan hole. Blanket were old and not useable.
Experienced first ever worst travel. No power inside (fans not worked) in full s11 coach. And food ordered was pathetic. Never ate such a food even in pantry served one.
My waiting tkt got confirmed.Alla cart food egg curry R's 160 quality good. However quantity not as per description. Cleaning, punctuality, and food quantity should improve.
