first of all there is no pantry coach in Hirakhand express. The food which is available ready made is not up to the mark.

It would be better to follow the timings of Hirakhand Express as people from Koraput, Nabarangpur or Malkangiri have a better option to go to Bhubaneswar but due to not reaching at the right time, passengers face problems.

When i booked ticket 40 seat were available for 3 ac and also gave preference LB only coz i travelled with two kids and also mentioned them but booked with UB and MB. When I ask cnfmtckt customer care she rudely said that what's were available they booked that. Then what's the point to use private app. Better to use gov app or site

The train didn't come the destination. Reached up to the Koraput and then cancelled. The Railway department did not take care of the passengers and didn't take any responsibility for reaching the passenger up to the Jagdalpur.
