"This app provides a very poor experience. Tickets get automatically cancelled without any clear reason, and when issuing a refund, they don't return the full amount—deducting money in the middle. Cutting customers' money like this is completely wrong. If the app cannot provide proper service, people should avoid using it. Stop looting under the name of third-party charges and cancellations!"

the train runs alway late.It reached cuttack at 11 :30 am while the timing was 6:10am.
Please take necessary action to improve its timing as for everyone time is everything.

In sleeper class the passengers having seats beside the gate are not able to sleep due to the light which keeps on throughout the night and most of the nomadic people are sitting here and there without tickets and making the toilet unhigenic.Please consider these issues and make our journey feel comfortable.
